Daniel Essa Products
All our shoes, without exception, are designed and manufactured in Italy, in an artisanal workshop known for its exceptional craftsmanship. Each pair is produced with great attention to detail and in strict adherence to high-quality shoemaking techniques.
Our shoes are made from the highest quality bovine leather, carefully selected for its durability, texture, and comfort. The leather primarily comes from renowned Italian tanneries known for their traditional expertise.
We have a few partner boutiques. You can find the list in the “Stores” section.
Each model has its own size guide. We recommend referring to our size guide available on each product page. If you are unsure between two sizes, we advise you to contact us for guidance. We will be happy to assist you in making the right choice. If the size does not fit, exchanges for another size are free of charge.

Gifting Daniel Essa Products
To prepare your order as a gift, please mention this in the order note on the cart page.
Each shoebox, in soft pink, is adorned with a carefully tied ribbon, symbolizing our signature. Inside, the shoes are wrapped in a layer of tissue paper and come with two soft cotton pouches for protection. A hand-signed card from the designer adds the final touch.
Care Instructions
To maintain the beauty and durability of your leather shoes, we recommend waterproofing them with a leather-friendly spray and reapplying it periodically.
Stuff the shoes with tissue paper to help them retain their shape and absorb moisture, then store them in the provided box and protective pouch.
To clean them, dampen a cloth and gently rub the shoe with bile soap.

Shipping
We process your order within 1 to 2 business days from France after order confirmation.
- Orders placed before 11 AM (Paris time) are processed and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 11 AM are shipped within 24 hours.
- Delivery times are estimated from the shipment date.
France:
- Standard delivery: 3-4 business days
- Express delivery: 24-48 business hours
International:
- Standard delivery: 4-5 business days
- Express delivery: 2-3 business days

We deliver to almost every country worldwide, except for the following: India, Brazil, Morocco, North Korea, Syria, Iran, Yemen, and Sudan.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, any potential customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to avoid any unexpected fees upon delivery.

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a DHL tracking number via email. You can track your package on the DHL website.
DHL will also allow you to customize your delivery options (home, office, pickup point) before delivery. They will email you with possible options.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can:
- Cancel it and issue a full refund.
- Modify it, subject to stock availability and confirmation by our team.
For modifications:
- If you need to change the size of the same model, we will process the exchange.
- If you switch to a cheaper model, we will refund the difference.
- If you switch to a more expensive model, we will cancel and refund your initial order, and you can place a new one.
Your invoice is sent to you as a PDF in the email confirming the shipment of your order.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- The shoes must be in their original condition, unworn, and in their original box.
- The shoebox must be placed inside a second shipping box (do not stick the return label directly on the shoebox).
- Items on sale or promotion are not eligible for returns.
